Is there a long-term contract?
No. Starter and Growth are billed monthly or annually. Manage or cancel through the secure subscription management link provided by Paddle after purchase. Annual billing locks in a 20% discount; it is not a multi year commitment.
Is my data secure?
Lead data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and routed to the destinations you configure. Starter and Growth do not require a separate Blade Agent AI lead database, successful production payload logging is minimized, and integration credentials are encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
There is no setup fee to refund in the first place. Subscriptions do not include partial period refunds, but you can cancel anytime and will not be charged again after your current billing period ends. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
Do I need to change my website or add a new lead form?
No. Blade Agent AI connects to the contact or inquiry form you already have. Your visitors never see anything different.
Will this work with my existing CRM?
On the Growth plan, qualified leads sync directly into Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or Salesforce using credentials from your own account. Starter delivers alerts through Slack and email.
What is Follow Up Boss and what do I provide?
Follow Up Boss is a CRM designed for real estate teams. If you select it during Growth setup, an account owner or admin creates a dedicated API key in Follow Up Boss under Admin > API and places that key in the one-time Bitwarden Send. We never ask for your Follow Up Boss password.
How do I provide integration credentials?
After purchase, the setup page asks for a short-lived secure-share link. Slack and CRM secrets are not entered into the website form or sent as ordinary email text.
How much should I trust the AI's scoring?
Treat it as a head start, not a final answer. Our AI is advisory, it helps your team prioritize who to call first, but every classification should be reviewed before it drives a decision, especially for high value leads.
Do you sell or share my leads with anyone else?
No. We are a data processor, not a data reseller. Your lead data is used only to deliver the Service to you, never sold or used for our own marketing.
How long does setup take?
3 to 4 business days on Starter, 5 to 6 on Growth, and 4 to 6 weeks for a custom Enterprise build.
